Cookie Policy

One cookie, and it is the one that keeps you logged in. No advertising trackers, no cross-site pixels.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site recognise your browser between requests — which is how you stay logged in as you move from one page to the next.

This policy explains the cookies used on ringlyai.goftechsolutions.com. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains everything else we do with personal information.

2. The cookies we set

We use strictly necessary cookies only. There is exactly one, and without it you cannot log in.

CookiePurposeTypeExpires
ai_receptionist_sessionKeeps you signed in to your dashboard. Holds a signed session token — no personal information is stored in the cookie itself.Strictly necessary, first-party, HTTP-only30 days, or when you log out

The cookie is HTTP-only, so it cannot be read by JavaScript running in your browser, and it is transmitted only over HTTPS.

3. What we do not use

  • No advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • No cross-site tracking, and no third-party trackers embedded in our pages.
  • No social media pixels.
  • No selling or sharing of browsing data for behavioural advertising.

Why there is no cookie banner

Consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary. Ours is required to deliver a service you explicitly asked for — logging in — so a banner would offer you a choice that does not exist. If we ever add an analytics or marketing cookie, a consent banner will appear before it is set, and this page will be updated first.

4. Related storage

Your browser may keep small amounts of local storage to remember interface preferences, such as a collapsed sidebar. This never leaves your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browsing data removes it.

Our payment processor sets its own cookies on its hosted checkout and billing portal pages, for fraud prevention and to keep your payment session secure. Those pages are theirs, not ours, and are governed by their cookie notice.

5. Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you view and delete cookies, and block them by site, in its privacy settings. Blocking or deleting our session cookie will sign you out and prevent you signing back in — the dashboard cannot work without it. The public marketing pages will continue to work normally.

6. Changes and contact

If the cookies we set change, we update this page and the date at the top. Questions go to privacy@ringly.ai, or see our Privacy Policy.
